Sourcepilot is a product of Loadcircle Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16956262). This policy explains how we handle your data when you use the site.
1. What we collect
- Quote documents — the text of any quote you upload or paste. We read this only to extract line items, prices, and terms so we can return your results.
- Device language and timezone — used to show the site in your language, local currency, and region. This stays on your device and is not stored by us.
- Anonymous usage analytics — page views and broad traffic signals to help us improve the site.
2. How quote data is used
The quote text you provide is sent to our API, where it is processed by an AI model purely to extract structured data (items, quantities, prices). The text is processed transiently for this single request. We do not store quote content, we do not retain it after the request completes, and we do not use it to train models.
3. Cookies and analytics
- Essential cookies — required for the site to function and stay secure.
- Analytics — we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
4. Third-party services
- Cloudflare — hosting and email routing. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
- Google (Gemini) — AI extraction of quote data, processed transiently per request. See the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Retention
We do not store your quote content. Server logs (e.g., IP addresses, request metadata) may be retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, typically up to 90 days.
6. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have rights to access, correct, and erase personal data concerning you. Because we hold no account data and no quote content, there is typically nothing personal to retrieve; for any privacy request, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
