1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Sourcepilot (“the Site”), a product of Loadcircle Ltd (Company No. 16956262), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. The service

The Site lets you upload or paste a quote and receive an automated extraction of its line items and a list of supplier matches. The Site is an informational tool for business-to-business procurement. It is not a procurement agency, and it does not broker, fulfil, or guarantee any transaction between you and a supplier.

3. Informational purpose only

Extraction results and supplier matches are generated automatically and are illustrative only. Prices, lead times, certifications, and ratings are estimates. You are responsible for independently verifying any supplier before transacting. Supplier matches may be demo data and are clearly labelled as such where applicable.

4. Unrestricted goods only

The Site is provided for the sourcing of unrestricted goods. You must not use the Site to source, broker, or facilitate the trade of restricted, controlled, sanctioned, or prohibited goods. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable export, import, and sanctions laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content (text, design, layout, branding) are owned by Loadcircle Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission. You may link to our pages for non-commercial purposes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loadcircle Ltd and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, including losses from supplier dealings, price changes, or compliance failures. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
